So Speed Street is this weekend...its a free concert, so the only things you need to buy is your alchohol and your food...and gas to get all the way up to Charlotte...
Im going tomorrow night...not thrilled but my girlfriend and her friend need transportation so...yeah.

school makes me rant

so pretty much

you can't go anywhere on the computers here at school


i swear, if someone was doing research on music appreciation or popular websites or basically anything but cabarrus county schools and they could only use the school's computers , they would FAIL miserably

i can see why myspace and other wierdo sites are blocked, but playlist.com and youtube are vital treatments for beating classroom boredom!!!!


these administa=rators are crazy for blocking some of the sites they do....


i just tried to look up some lyrics and guess what the "blocked" category was....

"music appreciation"


COME ON


that's just nuts!!! it really is

there are students who write stories on music here in journalism class who might need lyrics to a song to prove the point of a feature story or a person who wants to reference a video or put a clip of a video in another video or just watch a funny video


there is no need to block music sharing, or video streaming, or picture looking sites

BECAUSE MOST TEENAGERS AREN'T GONNA WATCH PORN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COMPUTER LABBBB!!!!

so monica and ashley did this music survey of some kids here at concord and put the results into a chart and my conclusion to this whole thing is that 95% of the kids at this school have NO IDEA what they are missing in the way of good music...

Has the most ridiculous lyrics I have ever read. They're so extremely long and intelligent and difficult I don't see how Nick remember's them all. My friend Stephen told me that Nick had to read like 10+ history books to write them. Like read these lyrics taken from the song "End Game" and tell me they aren't crazy...

Tim Russell perhaps one of my favorite screamers of all time got kicked out of frickin' Rose Funeral for being lazy and smoking weed all the time! Is there some curse as to why all my favorite musicians are being kicked out of their bands? Anthony Gunnels perhaps the jesus of deathcore vocals (Big Chocolate from Disfiguring the Goddess and Phil from Whitechapel are god and the unholy spirit) got kicked out of Through The Eyes of Dead and replaced with a clown who (thank God) is no longer in TtEotD, then Chris Storey got kicked outta' All Shall Perish...im just like DANGIT!!!
